Issue/Introduction

When on the Computers tab in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition cloud (SEP SBE) management console any or all of the statistics summary pages read "An unexpected error has occurred;unfortunately we are unable to process your request".

Cause

This error occurs when the database is undergoing maintenance.
