Screen flicker with cloud agent installed on Windows 10

Issue/Introduction

My monitor is flickering after a Windows 10 update (build 1511) with a SEP Cloud agent installed.

 

Cause

Windows update for build 1511 introduced a defect with the Windows Error Reporting service.

Resolution

1. Start the computer in safe mode with networking
2. Download the fix tool
3. On the desktop right-click the Screen_Fix.exe file and click Run as Administrator
4. Reboot the computer

If the problem persists reinstall the Cloud agent.
