Unable to see the events under events tab in Component detail pane - "SPC-OCC-10298: An error occurred obtaining events from server <server name> : NO_USER"

Issue/Introduction
When selecting the Events Tab for a device in Spectrum OneClick, the following error message is shown and it is not displaying any events:
SPC-OCC-10298:An error occurred obtaining events from server xxxxx : NO_USER.
Environment
DX NetOps Spectrum 20.2 or later
Cause
This is caused by a problem in Archive Manager as that is where the Events are stored and retrieved from for this view.
Resolution
To resolve the above error, do the following:
- Check whether the Archive Manager is running or not.
- If it is not running please start the Archive Manager.
- If it is running and not displaying the events, then restart the Archive Manager.
- Now close the OneClick console and open a new console.
- Now you should be able to see the Events under Events tab.
If this does not resolve your problem please open an issue with CA Support for further investigations.
