Issue/Introduction

Unable to see the events under Events tab and getting "SPC-OCC-10298: An error occurred obtaining events from server <server name> : NO_USER."

 



If I click the Events Tab for a device in Spectrum OneClick I am getting the following error message and it is not displaying any events .  How can I  fix this?

SPC-OCC-10298:An error occurred obtaining events from server xxxxx : NO_USER.

If you are unable to see the events under events tab in components detail pane and if you are getting the error message

SPC-OCC-10298:An error occurred obtaining events from server xxxxx : NO_USER.

Please follow the below steps.

           1)      This is related to Archive Manager issue as that is responsible for the Events.

           2)      Check whether the Archive Manager is running or not.

           3)      If it is not running please start the Archive Manager.

           4)      In case it is running and not displaying the events please restart the Archive Manager.

           5)      Now close the OneClick console and open a new console.

           6)      Now you should be able to see the Events under Events tab.
