2. Insert 2nd DVD and click [OK].

In short, Ghost is still searching for the span file it just completed laying down, rather than the next span file in the list.
In the above scenario, the 4th span file had completed, and after inserting the DVD for the next file, it still is looking for the 4th span file [imagename]003.ghs.
(Ghost span files are listed as [imagename].gho, [imagename]001.ghs, [imagename]002.ghs -- meaning the [imagename]003.ghs is the 4th span file)
This causes Ghost to be unable to proceed.
Cannot open image file F:\[imagename]0xx.ghs [Win32 error:(0x00000002)
Message description : The system cannot find the file specified.](10010)
This was a bug in how Ghost was handling the span file detection procedure.
This issue has been corrected in Ghost build version 12.0.0.7057 or in DS 7.6 HF7.
We cannot host this file on this KB due to licensing, and is available upon request of support if upgrading to DS 7.6 HF7 is not possible.
