I want to download a specific PTF from support.ca.com how do I do it?

Environment

Release:
Component: ENDBAS

Resolution

Sign in support.ca.com.

First try putting your PTF# in the search field. Then when you get the results click 

For Solution and Problem search results, click here

If your PTF is not shown then do the following:

-click on Menu then Download Management

-select the product and then click the Solution Download Tab(it should turn white)

-select the release for the product(the version you want should be blue)

-click on the first PTF. Click on the Blue text under Published Solution.

-You should see the PTF text. 

-in the URL you will see a PTF RO number change this to your PTF.

for example

change https://support.ca.com/us/download-center/solution-detail.html?aparNo=RO98067&os=OS

to https://support.ca.com/us/download-center/solution-detail.html?aparNo=RO93227&os=OS

This will display PTF RO93227 so you can download it.
