Issue/Introduction

Microsoft Update: MSWU-990-Windows6.1-KB2973337-x64.msu continually fails to install.
 

Cause

Confirmed that MS14-066 superseded MSWU-990 and the IsApplicable=TRUE rule logic inaccurately targeting for MSWU-990.

Resolution

Issue has been resolved in PMImport 7.1.734 released on 10/30/2015.
