Issue/Introduction

Anti Virus software is causing Workflow or ServicDesk to not function properly.

Debugger fails with no errors.

Cause

Anti Virus is blocking either folders or executables for the Workflow or ServiceDesk product.

Resolution

Set Exclusions on the Anti Virus product for:

1. The Workflow folder from /Program Files/ Symantec/ Workflow.

2.  logicbase.core.exe
