Ghost Solution Suite

Issue/Introduction

When a client joins the Ghost Solution Suite console as a new machine, it's name is displayed as the serial number of that machine. After imaging the client, the name should change to the computer name when you have "Synchronize display names with computer names" checked in Tools>Options>Global.


 

Cause

Cause is unknown at this time and is under investigation.

Resolution

The only solution at this time is to manually change the display name of the client in the console.
