Issue/Introduction

Update MS15-081_vbe72013-kb3039734-fullfile-xXX-glb.exe is not getting rolled out on Office 2013 SP1 where Office 2016 components are also present.

Cause

2016 Components were not being seen as installed on problem systems.

Resolution

Modified IsApplicable rule for MS15-081_vbe72013-kb3039734-fullfile-xXX-glb.exe updates.

Fix is available in PMImport release 7.0.1438.x
