Getting an error during upgrade of Symantec Installation Manager (SIM) or any solution through SIM

The following products were unable to be verified for download:
It may be that your system time is incorrect. Check your system date/time settings and click Retry, or click Cancel to go back and modify your selection.

Cause

Following are the possible reasons:

  • System Date/time is not correct
  • Date and time formats are changed (customized) in Control Panel>Region and Language Option
  • Correct location is not selected

Resolution

Verify the System Date/Time and Location in Control Panel>Region and Language Option.

Issue should resolve after doing a reset of Date and time formats through Additional settings.
