Concatenating User Datasets in the Definition DDs

Issue/Introduction

Can a "user" data set be concatenated above the CA-maintained data set for the SUMMDEFS, JOINDEFS and DELTADEF DDs?

Yes they can. The file definition in JCL has higher priority than the parameter value in VKGPARMS member.
The value from VKGPARMS should be used only if the appropriate DD-name is not specified.
