Deployanywhere task reports success in Ghost 3.0 but system won't boot after image deployment

Issue/Introduction
Ghost Solution Suite 3.0 Image deployment task that includes a DA (DeployAnywhere) task will report a success in the ghost console but the client won't boot back to production.
Stop error code 0x0000007B (INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE)
Cause
The Ghost console is only reporting that the DA job was executed it is not tracking the success of this step. To know if the DA job was a success the DA_LOG.txt located in the express\ghost share will need to be reviewed to determine if there is a successful retreating of the image.

Symantec Corporation has acknowledged that the above-mentioned issue is present in the current version(s) of the product(s) mentioned at the end of this article. Symantec is committed to product quality and satisfied customers.
This issue is currently being considered by Symantec to be addressed in the next major revision of the product. There are no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. Please note that Symantec reserves the right to remove any fix from the targeted release if it does not pass quality assurance tests or introduces new risks to overall code stability.
