DeployAnywhere task reports success in Ghost 3.3 but system won't boot after image deployment

Issue/Introduction

Ghost Solution Suite 3.3 Image deployment task that includes a DA (DeployAnywhere) task will report a success in the ghost console but the client won't boot back to production.   

Stop error code 0x0000007B (INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE)

Environment

GSS 3.x

Cause

The Ghost console is only reporting that the DA job was executed it is not tracking the success of this step.  To know if the DA job was a success the DA_LOG.txt located in the express\ghost share will need to be reviewed to determine if there is a successful retreating of the image. 

Resolution

This is a common issue as there are multiple causes

1) The efi boot track could be corrupted

2) The wrong driver or not all drivers were used in mini setup

3) Deploying EFI based image to MSR BIOS based system
