Issue/Introduction
Microsoft Bulletins: MSWU-1398-KB3065987 and MSWU-1399-KB3065988 fail to download in the PRC.
The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
Cause
Bulletin revised and download URL modified by vendor.
Resolution
This issue will be resolved in PMImport 7.1.691 released 7/15/15.
