Unable to retrieve Delivery Reports from another domain protected by Email

You manage two different domains which both have Exchange 2010 servers and both are protected by Symantec Email In the user interface (UI) of one Exchange 2010 server, you are not able to retrieve Delivery Report information from the Exchange 2010 server of the other domain. Client Access server HOST.domain.tld in domain domain.tld encountered an error while connecting to domain2.tld to retrieve delivery report data. Check your cross-forest delivery reports configuration.


The Delivery Reports architecture within Exchange 2010 doesn't seem to have anything to do directly with Symantec .cloud service. The EWS protocol is a customized form of SOAP over HTTPS, so Email, which specializes in SMTP traffic,  would not receive these sorts of communications.


This does not appear to be an issue with Email

Please work with Microsoft to establish trust between the two Exchange 2010 servers for purposes of retrieving Delivery Report information across domain boundaries.
