Information about backup ALC

Issue/Introduction

We need to know how can we do backup from ALC. I read on the docs that we need to copy the install_directory/backups directory and database. Are there others things to do? Another thing that we notice is that we don't have a backups directory. How can we settings the alc to generate this directory? thanks

Resolution

At a minimum you should backup the server.properties and server.jks files. All the rest can easily be recreated if you have to reinstall ALC.

A more complete backup would include all the *.properties files in your ALC installation folder and sub folders, as well as the "webclient" folder.
