How do I search for an individual PTF in Support.ca.com to select for download?
Release: DBCISF00200-15.1-Datacom-Database-Option for CICS Services
To select and download any PTF from CA Support Portal:
1. Login to Support.ca.com to the “Welcome to CA Support”.
2. Enter the PTF number into the search box and click on the magnifying glass.
3. On the results page, click on the “here” in:
"For Solution and Problem search results, click here”
4. You should be presented with the link to the solution for download.
Click on the link and select the solution then proceed to download.
