User accounts with non-ASCII characters are not displayed correctly in the ATP Manager and may not be saved in the database.
When you enter user account information in a character set other than ASCII (UTF-8, High ASCII, or GB 18030, for example), ATP: Network does not save the data in the database. When you create or edit a user account, you must enter ASCII characters for the Display Name, Login, Password, and User Email.
Note: Non-ASCII characters are allowed in the body of emails that are sent from ATP: Network.
