Issue/Introduction

The Antivirus application McAfee on AutoSys server scans a wrapper.sh file and blocked it , so the agent is not able to find it.

In the agent log of the Autosys server:
cybspawn: ..date ../WAAE_WF0.1/MAIN: Could not exec
/opt/CA/SystemAgent/WA_AGENT/spool/ASP_SCH/MAIN/WAAE_WF0.1/88336.46187_1.CB3F660504C6BC5ECAE17557364E9699985C52A7_wrapper.sh: error 26 (Text file busy) and The job is not executed.

Are there recommendations for antivirus scanners to unblock the job with Autosys?

 

Environment

WORKLOAD AUTOMATION AE, Release: 11.3.6, Service Pack: SP6, Operating System: redhat linux

Resolution

Put the installation directory of the System Agent ( And any other product) in the exclude list of the antivirus
