Issue/Introduction

When the BitLocker option is enabled on the Windows drive where DLP Agent is installed and the endpoint is restarted, the agent displays as disconnected on the Enforce Server. The EDPA service displays as stopped.

Resolution

Disable BitLocker on the drive where the agent is installed and then manually restart the EDPA service.
