Some web sites may change their character set encoding settings, resulting in a failure to detect incidents for those web sites. You can update the character encoding settings in the DomainCharsets.config file.
To adjust your domain character set settings, follow this procedure:
On your Enforce Server, open the DomainCharset.config file, located in the SymantecDLP/protect/config directory.
Adjust the domain/character set pair for the relevant web site. For example: yahoo.co.jp:utf-8
Save and close the DomainCharset.config file.
Restart the Vontu Manager service to apply your changes.
