Issue/Introduction
Email notifications sent by Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG) because of Content Filtering policies, may not include the DKIM signature when configured in the appliance.
Resolution
This behaviour is by design. Only emails scanned by Messaging Gateway get the DKIM signature applied.
