I've installed CAWA 12 SP1 on Windows 2012 Platform.
I would like to know wich is the prermission to use to "quiesce" an agent, for users that belong to Oper Group.
When I try to perform the "quiesce", I can see the following error message "Unable to process your request. Ensure you have adequate security privileges."

The solution is to configure the following permissions in that group :
STATUSMSG.AGENT_STATUS -> ALLOW
STATUSMSG.QUIESCE_STATUS -> ALLOW
