We are working on installing IBM TDSE (Transparent Dataset Encryption).

Will CA Easytrieve support the use of TDSE? Please advise.

Resolution

The CA Easytrieve product does not use IBM's TDS capabilities.

Therefore, no reported problems and no compatibility issues, but no functionality built into the CA Easytrieve product as well to take advantage of the Transparent Dataset Encryption functionality.
