Issue/Introduction

Policy translation fails when the agent.ini and fallback.ini files are updated with the importfilelist base directory for the importfilelist input file mentioned in the policy. 

Resolution

Workaround:
After updating the agent.ini and fallback.ini files with importfilelist base directory information, stop and restart the SISIPSService.
