Installation of DCS agent fails

Cause

OS or installation drive may be encrypted

Resolution

Not all Encryption solutions make it obvious that a drive or folder is encrypted. Look for an encryption application on the problem server. Sometimes it will even need to be uninistalled before DCS can be installed.
