BUG REPORT: Unable to Change the Keyboard Layout on Early 2015 Mac

Issue/Introduction

• Keyboard layout do not change at the boot guard after pressing F2 to any layout other than the default keyboard layout.
• The Keyboard layout fails to change at the boot guard when changed by running the command  pgpwde.exe --set-language --disk <disk number> --keyboard <supported language> --display <supported language> --admin-passphrase <admin passphrase>

Resolution

Symantec Corporation is committed to product quality and satisfied customers.  This issue is currently being considered by Symantec Corporation to be addressed in a forthcoming version or Maintenance Pack of the product.  Please be sure to refer back to this document periodically as any changes to the status of the issue will be reflected here.

Applies To

 The issue has only been noticed with Early 2015 Macs.
