Users who have set Group Key as "Group Admin" or "Admin" no longer have the ability to add users, delete users, encrypt or re-encrypt the File Share Encrypted Files and Folders with this permission.

Workaround: Download the Group Key both public and private blocks to the individuals local machine and then import this keypair into the local user key ring. This key should have a passphrase given to it during the export process in order to secure the private portion of the key when not in the Symantec Encryption Management Server.
