Issue/Introduction

Delivery status notifications generated by Messaging Gateway (SMG) content filtering (CF) rules do not show the configured text or the original message as an attachment when viewed with some mail clients.

Cause

Although the delivery status notification (DSN) conforms to RFC 6522, some mail clients do not display the message text and attachments as expected. The information is present in the message but is not displayed to the end user.

Resolution

This is a known issue and is being reviewed for a future release.
