Issue/Introduction

Microsoft Bulletin MS15-004-Windows6.1-KB3020388-x64.msu continually retries installation and fails with 'Not Applicable' exit code on Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit Clients.

 Exit Code: -2145124329

Cause

 Appears the IsApplicable=TRUE rule logic is inaccurately targeting.

Resolution

This issue was resolved in PMImport v7.1.650 released on 3/25/2015.
