Re-application of the software, policy, or config update with the same name does not work through FTPS

Issue/Introduction

 Re-application of the software, policy, or config update through FTPS does not work if the filename of the software, policy, or config update is the same as that of the last applied software, policy, or config update. 

Resolution

Workaround: 

Ensure that you use a different software, policy, or config filename every time you want to reapply or apply a new software, policy, or config update through FTPS.   

Affected agent operating systems: All Windows and Linux operating systems

This issue has been resolved in Symantec™ Embedded Security: Critical System Protection release 6.5.
