SDCS install failure when using non-default directory with Debian

When attempting to install DCS using dpkg, and a install folder that is not the default. The installer will fail.

Agent not installed correctly: %instfunlib missing.

Attempting to change the default SDCS install directory under Ubuntu/Debian


The agent will not install properly in any other directory but the default, and the option to do so has been removed in future releases.

As per 6.5 (Sparta) release the "-prefix" option has been removed to dissalow the ability to change from the default directory.
