Issue/Introduction

 - Customer cannot capture an image, the follwoing error message is shown in the DSTasks.log and on the console.

 Exception has occured in File SMPPackage.cpp at Line No 151. Type of exception is GeneralError. Error is Can not find out web/unc path.. Error Description is  "util::CSMPPackage::Initialiaze". Value of Windows error code = 183 and message is " Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

- A deeper analysys of the DSTask.log shows that when sending the request to create the package we can see this error "Return XML is =<error number=""

Cause

 After upgrading to SP1 HF5 either the "Symantec.Deployment.PSComponent.dll" has not been upgraded to the latest version or "DSInterOpLib.dll" is missing. 

Resolution

 In order to fix the issue, you will need to get the dll's from a healthy environment and replace them. If you have no healthy environment, please contact Symantec Technical Support to request the dll's.
