Issue/Introduction

Installed Software Update KB2992611, deployed in MS14-066, and found Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) access for remote clients is broken.

Cause

Windows Security Package has current issues detailed on Microsoft Connect.

Resolution

 This issue will be resolved by the vendor as soon as possible. It is recommended to refraine from deploying this update, and to uninstall the update if it has already been installed.
