Issue/Introduction

SW Patch Windows dataclass data is not populated, SMP is not able to parse the dates for installed patches.

Cause

SMP is attempting to parse the date using the current Altiris Service account locale which is not en-US (invariant) while clients are sending the dates in their locale format.

Resolution

Change the System locale to "en-US" on the SMP while logged using Altiris service account.

Control Panel -> Regional and Languages
Change format to "English (United States)"
