Issue/Introduction

When Application Control instant messaging is set to block, user are still able to log into QQ Instant Messenger.  Custom report shows the event reported as being blocked.

Resolution

The Application Control feature of Web Gateway has been deprecated due to the rapid pace that applications change their protocols and server names.
