Cloud-enabled Management agents flood the EventQueue with basic inventory NSE's

Issue/Introduction

The EventQueues are flooded with Notification Server Events (NSE) coming from Cloud-enabled Management (CEM) agents.

The NSE's are "capture basic inventory" events and come in about every 5 minutes, this can flood the SQL server and cause deadlocks.

Resolution

A permanent fix has been implemented in 7.5 SP1 HF5.  (See DOC7954)
