When the Software Portal is opened and requested a software, the page opens with a window to schedule and install a published software. Later, after installing a few other published softwares and request another software, following message will appear:
"Requested page could not be viewed. Please contact your local area network administrator for further assistance".

Product is working as designed.
The default timeout of the software portal page to expire is designed to be set as 60 minutes and if required modify the setting in web.config file.
