Issue/Introduction

Automation policy is failing at the task portion of the policy which prevents the email from being sent out.

Cause

There is a NULL value in the report being used to generate the data for the email, which causes the task to fail with the above message.

Resolution

1. Navigate to the automation policy in question.
2. Locate the Conditions section.
3. Change the drop down menu for evaluation rule to "Run for each record"
4. Click Save changes and test the automation policy.
