How do I remove required apps from Samsung SAFE-enrolled devices?

A user has a Samsung SAFE device enrolled with Mobility Suite.  The user had required apps installed by the Work Hub.  A required app needs to be removed, but it keeps getting re-installed since it's "required." 


The conditions to remove the required app include the following:

  • Invoking the 'Unmanage' or 'Selective Wipe' device command from Mobility Manager
  • Deactivating Corp Access for Samsung 'Device Administrator' (manually removing MDM)
  • Changing the device policy to include disabling mobile device management

Important:  These actions also result in Corp Access for Samsung being removed.  The Work Hub remains.
