Updating CA Top Secret to the latest maintenance level without using CSM.

How do I upgrade CA Top Secret to the latest maintenance level since we don't have CSM?

To apply maintenance to CA Top Secret without CSM, there are 2 options. 

1. Download all the maintenance from support.ca.com and apply them using SMPE.

2. Use CA RS to bring you up to the latest CA RS level. CA products have CARS which are a grouping of maintenance to bring you up to a certain maintenance level. Think of it as a service pack level. They are not cumulative. Each level has to be applied on top of each other. Please see the following link which documents the CARS levels for each of our products.
