Issue/Introduction

 Manual scan configuration in Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange (SMSMSE) does not display all expected mailboxes when installed to a DAG (Database Availability Group).Some mailboxes that are not local to the server may be displayed, in addition some mailboxes local to the server may not be displayed.

Cause

 The method previously used to enumerate the list of mailboxes from a DAG mail stores did not account for all variables introduced by the DAG setup.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in SMSMSE 7.0.3 and 7.5.1. Upgrade to SMSMSE 7.0.3 or 7.5.1 to fix this issue.
