The update to the HI template introduced an issue with the OS check code, causing Host Integrity (HI) policy checks for an OS to fail. This causes SNAC clients to be placed into quarantine even when they are in complaince.
HI checks will fail even if a system is in compliance.
Symantec released an updated template on 9/15/2014
If this issue is still observed, as a work-around, disable any OS specific compliance checks in your organization's HI policy. This includes checks for OS versions as well as service packs.
