Reboot To, Copy File or other Deployment Solution tasks fail to run
Recent upgrade of the Symantec Management Platform that included updates to the Deployment Solution Plug-in. DS Plug-in may not be installed or upgraded on the client. The install and upgrade policies for the Deployment Solution plug-in for Windows may be disabled from the upgrade.
Check that the client has the Deployment Solution Plug-in for Windows installed and verify the version is up to date by opening the Symantec Management Agent>Settings, in the Agents/Plug-Ins pane.
If it is not the there or is an older version, check that the SMP server has the appropriate(x86/x64) DS plug-in install policy enabled. If the plug-in is an older version, enable the upgrade policies.
