Issue/Introduction

When using Symantec Encryption Desktop (formerly PGP Desktop) for encryption of the disk on a PC with WQXGA+ screen (also referred to as QHD and QHD+ display) the PGP BootGuard may appear very tiny at pre-boot authentication stage.

Resolution

Symantec Corporation is committed to product quality and satisfied customers.  This issue is currently being considered by Symantec Corporation to be addressed in a forthcoming version or Maintenance Pack of the product.  Please be sure to refer back to this document periodically as any changes to the status of the issue will be reflected here.

This issue might appears on the PCs with Wide Quad Extended Graphics Array Plus screens (referenced as WQXGA+ , QHD or QHD+ display) with resolution 3200x1800 pixels, such as Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 2 PRO or Dell XPS 15
