You want to know how to move the Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) definitions from their default location to another drive. The default location of the definitions is:

• C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\CurrentVersion\Data\Definitions

Resolution

There is no supported method to move the SEP definitions from their default location. Moving the definitions from their default location may result in unexpected product behavior, may decrease the protection of the SEP client, and is not recommended.
