Customers have found that after installing SEE FD 8.2.1 mp 11, the computer will hang after pre-boot authentication with a blinking cursor. The computer cannot successfully gain access to the operating system.

After authentication to pre-boot authentication, the computer will hang with a blinking cursor.

Cause

Engineering has found that this issue is related to the chipset.

Resolution

SEE 8.2.1 mp 14 addresses this reported issue.
