How to define the policy group for your Unix/Linux system install

Issue/Introduction

You would like to install Symantec Data Center Security or Symantec Critical System Protection agent to an existing Prevention or Detection group and need to know the format of the variable.

Cause

The existing documentation does not define the format the install needs in order for the agent to be assigned to the group.

Resolution

For Unix systems:   -ipsPolGrp=group/subgroup example.  You do NOT need to add /Policy/group/subgroup.  To add to a group just add the group after the =.
