PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Update CAMASTER hardware service to ensure the CATHW03W message
isn't displayed with new hardware.


SYMPTOMS:
At CAMASTER initialization after an IPL, the following message will
be issued:
CATHW03W machine type xxxx unknown

IMPACT:
Low.

CIRCUMVENTION:
None.

PROBLEM RESOLUTION:
Deploy updated CAW0LINK so it is available for the next IPL.
