Issue/Introduction

My email download size is limited in TouchDown for Android.

Resolution

The "Email download size" option in advanced settings may not be configurable if your Exchange server has set a size limit. You can view what policies are being applied to your device by going to TouchDown Advanced Settings and pressing the "Security Policies" button.
