With the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) 12.1 web console, after typing in the credentials and attempting to log on you get an error message.
The SEPM scm-ui.err log contain a java NoSuchMethodError message.

Two of the SEPM JAR files may have failed to update during the last product upgrade.
The SEPM_INST.LOG file can confirm:
